7 months to New Zealand

While I'm on my cruise I'm doing a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience and joining up to 14 guests in an exclusive enclave to savour a five-course, gourmet menu. Every course pairs with a wine chosen to enhance the enjoyment of the dish. The menu, wine selections and price vary from ship to ship and itinerary. Can't wait, it will be so much fun.

11 months to New Zealand

The beautiful Radiance of the Seas that I will be cruising on.

 

She’s often been docked at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Sydney and she’s huge. She has acres of glass enclosing the nine-story central atrium, elevators facing the sea, and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, can you imagine the incredible views. Plus, eight new dining experiences, ranging from casual eats at Boardwalk Doghouse, to the family-style Italian fare at Giovanni's Table, to the sizzling skewers of Samba Grill Brazilian Steakhouse. I intend to be trying them all and doing as much walking as I possibly can. 

 

The top deck is approximately 268 metres and I intend to walk it a few times before breakfast each day and use the stairs not the lifts. Besides the lifts are usually jam packed the stairs are often faster. I’ll need to do something to counter all the eating/drinking.

12 months to New Zealand

Well it's 12 months until I sail out of my beautiful home port to what I have been told is also a beautiful part of the world, New Zealand. It's somewhere I have always wanted to visit, yet being our closest neighbour, I've not got there yet.
